Library Overview

Elizabethtown Public Library is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation in Pennsylvania. As a state registered Library, Elizabethtown Public Library is exempt from registering with the Department of State's Bureau of Charitable Organizations. The Library is audited by a third-party CPA annually and the 990s are available for public review at guidestar.org.

Elizabethtown Public Library is an independent public Library serving the Greater Elizabethtown Area. The Library is assigned to the Lancaster District Center and cooperates with the Library System of Lancaster County to provide greater efficiency in serving our community. Board Meeting Schedule

Elizabethtown Public Library Board of Trustees meet the second Monday of each month except in Spetember. The Board meets in the small community room of the Library at 7:00 PM. This schedule is subject to change. Click here for an up-to-date schedule.
